By popular demand the community has spoken and the favored option was maintaining the current color of the existing front entrance sign brick but updating the sign with a. black substrate with CNC routed letters yielding a white acrylic and inset hand brushed aluminum. This new sign update will bring our community entrance into the 20th century and not only modernize the front entrance but increase the property value of all those within the community. The entrance is enjoyed by all and this change is going to make people really appreciate living here. We have beautiful custom homes and well maintained yards with ample size lots. The front entrance is a direct correlation of the quality of properties within the community. I am proud to see we are formally in development of the sign and I hope we can be installed by the end of June. Not only will the sign be beautiful and timeless but the new LED lighting will be bright, visible and lower the power bill.
My next plan is to change out the old lighting for LED lighting that will accent the flower beds and hedges. That will also give some dynamic to the front while lowering our power bill overall. Very excited to see these updates get implemented.
